Moving on

Lawyers at SDA Law are free to move on, and when they do, some of our clients may choose to go with them. That choice belongs to the client, and we respect it completely.

We ask of every departing lawyer what the profession asks. Clients should be told fairly and accurately, and wherever possible jointly with the firm. A notice period is working notice. Until their last day, firm time, premises and resources are used for the firm’s clients. Our employment agreements say so, and we enforce them.
