IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING COVID-19

We ask that you please do not attend our offices if you have:

• Experienced flu-like symptoms such as cough, fever, difficulty breathing:
• Travelled outside of Canada in the last 14 days;
• Been in close contact with someone who has shown symptoms of COVID-19;
• Been in close contact with someone who has travelled outside of Canada in the last 14 days.

For new clients, we are currently offering remote initial consultations in addition to in-person meetings and can arrange appointments with the assistance of our intake specialists. For existing clients, staff are working remotely but continue to be dedicated to your matter and are available via telephone and email.

Opposing Counsel, please contact the lawyer with carriage of the matter to coordinate service, rescheduling meetings or court appearances, or other issues.

During this special period, we will accept service of all court material by e-mail provided such consent is mutual and special service is not required.
