My initial consult went very well.  Lisa took extra time to listen to the merits of my case, offered me meaningful short and long-term advice and gave me the confidence to proceed with SDA for my family law needs. I removed one star due to a mix up during the follow-up retainer meeting where I was temporarily assigned a different associate without any prior discussions.  This was quickly remedied with an email but was quite jarring during the meeting.  I’m sure everyone would agree, the last thing a client in need of family law services wants is surprises.

I had Stephen Durbin represent me in my family law matter. My matter was a bit harder because my ex lived out of Province and I had no contact with him for many years. 
Stephen’s clerk, Claire, took care of my matter and did all of the day-to-day work including all paperwork needed to get my matter to Court and have my ex found and served, and take this matter to trial.
