Denise joins SD&A with more than 12 years’ of experience in customer service and administration in a wide variety of industries. This includes working as a personal carer in the UK, an administrator for a debt counsellor, a receptionist for a medical practice and an executive assistant for one of Canada’s largest medical devices companies. Her passion for helping people continues to be the major driver behind her successful career in this capacity.

Born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa, Denise moved to Toronto, Canada as a permanent resident in 2017 and she obtained her Canadian citizenship in 2021. She now calls Hamilton, Ontario, her forever home.

Another strong passion sees Denise spending many hours in the gym environment, lifting heavy weights and generally staying active through hiking with her three rescued dogs or engaging in physical activities with friends and family.
