Jeffrey has practised family law in Ontario since 2000. He regularly assists clients with parenting issues, support, property division, and domestic contracts. He has appeared at all levels of the Superior Court of Justice, including on motions, trials, and appeals. His work includes drafting, negotiating, and advising on cohabitation agreements and marriage contracts.
Jeffrey has written several books on family law topics. He has contributed to legal publications, been interviewed in the media, and taught family law to paralegal students at Herzing College. His practice includes both litigation and advisory work, with an emphasis on practical solutions.
