Lisa attended Université de Sherbrooke, where she obtained her LL.B in Civil Law and then Queen’s University, where she obtained her JD before being called to the Ontario bar in 2001. Since then, Lisa has practiced law in Ottawa, Toronto and Hamilton before making her permanent home in Burlington in 2010.
Lisa is passionate about obtaining justice and striving for fairness which is evident when she represents her clients. When advocating for her clients, Lisa brings a wealth of legal and personal experience. She always puts the best interests of her clients and their children first and, as such, is a strong proponent of a resolution-focused approach, considering litigation a last resort.
Over the years, Lisa has been an active volunteer in the Burlington community and remains an avid supporter, fan and spectator of her three sons and two step-sons’ various extracurricular activities and scholastic achievements.
Outside of work, when not involved with her sons, Lisa likes to read, crochet, knit, listen to true crime podcasts and relax with her husband and two dogs.
