After receiving his Honours Bachelor of Arts at the University of Toronto (St. Michael’s College), Sean worked with legal publisher Thomson Reuters, editing several legal publications and helping to develop a new platform to assist lawyers. Following his father and both paternal grandparents, Sean became the third generation to attend law school at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, attaining his Juris Doctor degree in 2017.
A lifelong resident of Oakville, Sean has been involved in numerous volunteer activities in the community. He spent many years canvassing for the Arthritis Society, sang for many years with a local community choir and remains involved in local politics. He is also actively involved in his church community.
Sean was Stephen Durbin and Associates’ first articling student and helped to develop the firm’s articling program. Sean joined our team in June 2017. Following completion of the articling program and his Call to the Bar, he remained with the firm as an associate.
